Can't purchase through the app

Anyone have a problem with adding items to the cart and purchasing through the app? For some reason I can only do that on the website. Orders get fulfilled via Amazon Pay but when I then log back into Wyze to check on the order my order history is empty…no clue what going on. My emails for Wyze & Amazon are different and both use the fname.lname+descriptor@domain.com syntax. Both logins are validated
