I have no idea which forum to use but I wonder if Wyze does any testing of its shopping section of the iOS app. It’s literally impossible to type in credit card info. I keep my credit card info in a separate app. Because the Wyze app doesn’t allow it to populate my credit card info, I have to go back and forth between the two apps to get the appropriate info.
But every time I go to the other app, the Wyze app deletes every bit of info I’ve previously entered. Every time. It’s impossible to enter anything.
So I figured, screw it; I’ll just use “Amazon pay”. Of course the second I enter my name and password I get a message instructing me to change my Amazon password.
I don’t want to change my password! For the love of god why do you make it so hard to buy your products?
