First time using wyze v2 .I m not able to connect to network which is telus boost wifi. There are no 2.4ghz or 5 ghz. Any idea what to do pls .
I’m confused by your statement “There are no 2.4ghz or 5 ghz” because wifi is either 5GHz or 2.4GHz. There are no other frequencies. Are you saying that the wifi name (SSID) doesn’t differentiate? If so, that’s okay. Both freqs can be combined in one SSID.
Does the network have WPA authentication (it must)?
What exactly is happening when you try to set it up?

- Go to the Boost administration page
- Select “Wi-Fi” page
- Select “WLAN 2.4GHz” tab
- Change the Wireless Mode to “b/g/n/ax” (default is “g/n/ax”)
- Click Save
- Connect with the WyzeCam v2
This is a 6 year old thread. I think they figured it out.
