I’ve checked other forum posts and cannot find anything similar.
When checking my events, I can play the first video without problems.
However, if I stop that and select another event video, it won’t play.
The Loading… circle appears for a while and then stops. Play and Pause do nothing. And the duration appears as 00:00 / 00:00
However, if I exit to the main menu and then go into Events again, I can then play that video ok.
But then I cannot play another video until I again exit Events.
Is this happening for others and is there a fix?
Have you tried restarting your phone? If the issue still persists an option is delete app, restart phone and reinstall the app. What app version are you on?
Restarting didn’t help.
I saw there was an update on the Play store (although just for some Android 11 issue) and that didn’t help either.
However I have noticed that it’s only happening on my CamPlus camera. Event videos from my other cameras seem unaffected and I can play lots of them.
So I doubt reinstalling the app will help and I don’t want to have to set up all my cameras again.
This seems to have resolved itself. I can play a few event videos in a row from my CamPlus camera without needing to exit Events after each one.
