No, It doesn’t have a USB connection for the bridge on the back of the outdoor cam like the other Wyze cams.

That little flip on the back of the outdoor cam is not a USB port?

That is the charging port. MIcro-USB, I believe.

In that case, I think I’ll buy the v2 instead, plus a outdoor cover. I plan to put a sensor in my mailbox, and have the sense bridge plug into a cam. The outdoor cam is not good for this use.

Why not though? It’s still going to give motion alerts and will have less of a cool down period. How come it won’t work for your application?

That port is for the charging cable.
