Cam V2 not capturing motion only sound events

Hi, I have three cameras but one is not capturing motion events, only sound events, the three are set the same way to capture all day long withing a detection zone, the difference is that the one with the problem is subscribed to Cam Plus and the others aren’t. I have plant of videos with motion recorded but not a single one for the last 14 days on the events. I already opened a ticket but wondering if anyone had the same problem and specially a workaround.

A number of people have reported this - with no explanation or pattern. I lost my notifications and event logs last Sunday. There had been no changes to any camera setup, software, or firmware - nor were there any changes to any of my systems. This morning after a power outage was restored everything is back to ‘normal’. :unamused:
