Purchased the one yr plus service.
Anyone else have issue when going to the services section of the app, choosing available license and the screen say No Camera found?
Anyone figured out a fix? I wrote to tech support weds and no response yet!
Same results here. I think Wyze is working on it.
Cam plus doesn’t work on the outdoor camera yet.
As stated by @Whodat CamPlus does not currently work with the WOC, but they are working on it. They have not given an ETA yet.
Since I paid for a year of Cam Plus on August 5, but still can’t use the software, Wyze needs to extend my term whenever they get it working.
ETA about a year and a half…LOL
