App not displaying current video events

I have written to wyze before with no reply, but my app on my iPad Pro will only show events two days prior to the current date.

I have tried reinstalling the app restarting the app and nothing is working. I am using a version 3 wise cam.

It seems to work on my iPhone, but not on the iPad.

Having the exact same problem. Hoping for a solution as so far nothing has solved the problem on the iPad. iPhone working properly.
