App Connection but no PC connection

I have two cameras. They are both accessible from the app but one of them no longer connects on the online web page. They have both been working properly for 3 months and today I am having this issue. Last week there was an update to the web based login and there were more functions available. It worked fine and seemed like a good update. Today, those new options are gone and I now have one camera that will not connect. Is anyone else having this issue where the cameras load on the app but not computer?
