As far as I know, the Wi-Fi Chime (which was introduced as part of Duo Cam Doorbell) is supposed to be available for sale independently as an accessory at some point, but I haven’t seen a timeline announced for that yet. (They said shortly after the announcement that it could happen in December, but I haven’t yet seen it for sale in the Wyze shop.) Something like that should satisfy your request #1, because it’s an independent Wi-Fi device that can be linked via Automations to any other Wyze camera or doorbell.
