I have several plugs that have been offline for the last few days. I ordered two new plugs thinking that it was a hardware problem- they installed and got stuck with the update and both currently show offline. This is in the SF Bay Area. What’s going on?

All plugs offline, anyone else having this problem?

Not fixed yet, but they are working on it.
