I like the description of the use case. This seems like almost two different feature requests:
That seems like a request for a specific kind of notification, which wouldn’t necessarily be an Automations-related request, but then I imagine a second feature request would be to trigger an Automation as a result of that specific kind of detection (whether it’s set to initiate a notification or not), and something like that could be used to do things like turn on all the lights (Wyze Bulbs, etc.) and maybe even cause certain cameras to make noises (à la “Cameras as Chime”), so then that becomes the warning.
Based on previous posts from Wyze—possibly hinting about the use of AI Video Search to provide custom notifications and then coupled with whatever powers the NoBigDeal Filter—something like this seems doable with future development. I think if they did something that’s the opposite of NBD and could produce crucial notifications for the detection of extreme events, then that would really be the ticket.
