Access lost

So, I had vacation mode set. Now I’m back and I want to turn it off. I find that my passwords do not work, the message is “invalid phone number”. so - weird, but okay, I use the forget password feature, I get the verification code in email, but when I go to change the password, I get an invalid phone number again. My phone number is a google voice number which is perfectly capable of getting sms messgages and has worked fine
until now.

This should clear up in time, WYZE reset the login tokens forcing everyone to login. This was done as a precaution and more info can be found here

Hi everyone, I’m closing this thread. Please see the below thread and continue the conversation there. Because everyone’s token was reset, the 2FA servers are being overloaded with people trying to log back in. It’s essentially now a DDOS by the user community.
