Has anyone attempted or successfully accessed the cameras/base station via a laptop?

If you search the Forum, you can find other options. If you reply here with more detail about what you’re asking and trying to accomplish, then perhaps other users within the community can provide some guidance.
Your mention of “base station” and use of the cam-outdoor tag make me wonder if you’re trying to view Cam Outdoor v1 or v2 in Web View. The FAQ indicates that these Cams offer events-only viewing in Web View.
Are you also having difficulty viewing Cam Pan v3 in Web View? More information about your situation would be helpful.
