Is there a 2 factor authentication or anything like that I can setup? Seems kinda sketchy to just have my camera all naked waiting to get hacked.

You can set up 2FA, yes. Here are the details;

Yes, your Wyze account supports 2FA.

Right now it’s limited to SMS but it is there. On the bottom of the app screen tap on the account tab, the the first item on the next screen. You will see the Two Factor option about 1/3 of the way down.
