While I’ve been a big fan of Wyze products - cameras and sensors in the past, I must say I’m pretty disappointed in the video doorbell. I bought this to replace my Nest Doorbell as I wanted better features and video capture without paying for a monthly subscription. That said, the latency to access the cameras or see the live video is so high, that it renders the camera useless with several situations where we missed monitoring/ responding over the camera as it wouldn’t go past the authentication steps or these steps would take over a minute.
I hope Wyze fixes these issues ASAP.
