I am often on the road for 6 months at a time and I generally put my internet connection on vacation mode rather than spending $75 per month while I gone.
My question is can I use my Wyze Cam Pan via satilite (cell) rather than internet so I could still get notifications and video on my Android phone, and if so how much would this cost per month?
So if you have a “data” plan of sorts utilizing satellite service and you can receive or check e-mails, then I would think it is possible to at least get notifications of motion from the camera.
You would set it with IFTTT.
Have a trigger setup so that if the camera detects motion, you will receive an e-mail (using a mail client like g-mail.)
