This is a known issue with the latest firmware V3 4.36.13.0416. If you roll back to firmware V3 4.36.11.8391, then it should be fine. I tested this extensively and could repeat it everytime.
I just flashed one of my V3 cameras with this latest stable release and did the network test again. This latest Cam V3 4.36.13.0416 firmware has the same issue as the previous beta firmware of 4.36.12.9357 and 4.36.12.9751.
After 30 min of internet outage (not power cycled), it will start recording files and timestamp based on the firmware date that was built (wrong date). The Wyze app relies on the recordings being in the correct folder to align the footage chronologically and to play it back.…
Several cameras with the specified firmware now exhibit this same OG behaviour as well.

Cam Pan V2 (with July 2024 FW 4.49.13.0416 or newer)
Cam V3 / V3 Pro / Cam Pan V2 with firmware 4.xx.13.0416 or newer will start recording into another folder with a incorrect timestamp after 30 minutes of internet outage. You can flash back to the older firmware of 4.xx.11.8391 which can playback without any problem…
