When I get a video doorbell notification I don’t have the option of unlocking the door for the visitor during the instance of the live streaming. What’s weird is having the option for a phone call-what?
It would be nice to have the option of unlocking my door from the live-streaming video doorbell.

Great suggestion. In my testing, I have noticed that when using VoIP with the VDB v1, the ability to unlock the door does not exist. However, when you live stream the VDB, you have the ability to unlock the door.
