Is it like that all the time? Does it stay that way when you pull it from the wall mount and plug it back in?
If so, you might want to contact Customer Support and start a Warranty Replacement ticket.
First time I’ve ever seen it like that was today when I had to unplug it to reset it since the app was showing disconnected. Stayed that way after I plugged it back in but I looked at it a minute ago and it’s better but still a faint line in the center.
Certainly doesn’t seem right. Might be best to just call CS and start a warranty replacement so you know you have a good unit.
