Sound Quality Isn't Good

Unable to hear anything at times and other times you can’t make out what is being said. I thought maybe it was me so I put the camera side-by-side with my Arlo Q and the sound quality between the two is drastic. I could hear everything with the Q but not so much with the Wyze. Is there any tweaking that can be done or do I need to wait for a better camera to be produced?

What actual firmware version is on the camera? What actual app version are you using?

I have this issue with all mentioned cameras. I have indoor arlo cams, a canary flex and an old dlink that all capture sound much clearer. Each cam has a different fw version but they are all up to date but this issue has been an issue for all the previous fmv, I figured it’s time to try to work on it if there is anything that can be done.
