Pan V2 viewing problems - data point

I’ve mounted a Pan V2, w/ FW 4.49.125, outside.

Set it up with my Samsung A20,
App V2.24.23, everything worked fine.
Added it to the home screen. Worked fine on 2.25.22 on another Samsung.
Tried it on my 10" Tab A running 2.22.21 - (it’s limited to that because I had problems viewing groups).
Wouldn’t bring up the Pan V2 on the home screen so I cleared cache, rebooted. Power cycled all. Still not on the home screen.
Put it in a group, seems to be working fine in a group.
