Offline mode

I would like to see the ability to use these on a network without internet for two reasons:

  1. the less devices you have reaching out to the internet the better (less exposure means fewer things that can be targeted)
  2. I would like to use these cameras to monitor my kids rooms at a cabin I use during the winter, but they only have the internet enabled during the summer months

I have tested this on my own network by isolating hosts at the firewall and they work for a few hours while I am local on my network but it then stops working after a few hours

Iā€™m interested in an offline mode too. Like to grab local video or stream to local storage device for deep storage. Application: Security at a location that does not have Internet either.
