Person Detection Update: A New Experiment for Premium Features

What I hate is like today I got my refrigerated medicine delivered on the front porch. It sat out there all day because I didn’t have an alert like I usually do. If it was summertime I would probably lost $1500 worth of meds. Not good. I’m also on a very busy street and people have gotten packages stolen during the day right down the street from me. I’ll give them a couple days to get this fixed. If not then something else will need to be setup. I get no message what so ever. Only sound alerts.

V2 person detection not showing up

My legacy person detection is not showing up on any of my v2 cameras. When I go to “event recording” and “notifications” the only option is motion. Yes I signed up for the person detection service and those cameras are selected under the service. I do have cam plus on two of my v3 cameras and that is working fine. Can you have cam plus and still use the legacy person detection on other cameras?

What happened to Cam Plus?

I’m having same problems too with both my v2 cameras. I am not receiving any notifications for the past couple of days. Also, only motion is tagged even when people walk in front of the camera. Hope the problem will be solved soon.
