- i had a version 1 cam & replaced it with a version 2. I removed the sad card from the v1 & installed it in the v2. Now the app reports that it does not have a sd card. I have unplugged & replugged and restarted the app with no success. Anyone have any suggestions ?
First thing would be to try to re-seat the card in the camera. If that doesn’t help, I’d try to format it on a computer to FAT32.
reformating did not work. Any more suggestions?
I would just keep trying to re-seat the card in the camera.
You should eliminate a bad card by trying another card.
And if that doesn’t work, try factory reset on camera (with power applied, hold down the setup button for 20-30 seconds).
