There seems to be a change, or an issue in the last 6 plus months. When I get an event notification on iOS device and I click on it, the direct app opening and playing of the event doesn’t happen anymore. Instead, I am brought to the app’s home page, then have to click on Events tab, then can play the event video. This will happen whether i check out the event immediately or wait a while.
I have multiple V2 and V3 cameras, Was using iPhone X, running iOS 15+, and now iPhone 15 running iOS 17+
This had never been a problem before. Thanks for your support.
