Are you referring to a v1 camera? Hopefully, these 2 articles will help.

Thanks for that - there were a couple of us who didn’t know how to use the sensors for video but apparently the feature is called Smart Video Alerts and records video distinct from the camera events. Maybe this is documented if I ever take my new sensors our of the box.
