Does the app for home security not work remotely? I went out of town for the first time since using the system, and it would not allow me to change the modes. It actually told me the system was in “disarmed” mode when I knew it was “away”. Is this normal?
It does work remotely, I set the Alarm and Turn it off all the time. I am still in test mode though.
Put your phone in LTE or 5G Cell mode and see if you can control it from your phone while you are next to it.
