I ran through the compatibility wizard and it says this is not compatible but doesn’t say why. This is a heat pump with secondary electric heat unit. I have read about others getting it to work with their heat pump and secondary heat. Can someone verify if I am on of luck?
Show the air handler/furnace side of the wiring… if you have a trane, and that B wire is actually a C wire, then it would be compatible, but if that B wire is for the heat exchanger, and the orange wire is also for the heat exchanger, then it would not be compatible,
