Did you hear from the manufacturer yet :hourglass_flowing_sand: ?

Yes, they did reply to my email. They are going to watch for any other issues from that lot and follow up with QA. They are also going to send me a new case of dog food.

But, I will say they did not seem to show the same concern or urgency that Chewy did. In that regard, I am a bit disappointed in Blue Buffalo.

Well… at least they responded @mvb and are sending a case of their food to you (*too bad they didn’t match Chewy’s 2-cases *).

That’s unfortunate that they didn’t seem to be overly concerned :-1:.
