Floodlight V2 Remote Connection Issue

I recently bought a Doorbell Pro and a Floodlight V2. After setup, installation, and connection, both worked great. However, whenever I leave the house and try to remotely connect on the app, the floodlight will say “Starting up a secure connection” for a long period of time, and then eventually will change to “Failed to Connect: Error: (code 23)”. But the doorbell will load in right away remotely. So it is only the Floodlight having errors connecting remotely. Please help. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

All firmware is up to date, IOS is up to date. Signal has full bars to both devices. Tried resetting and reconnecting. Tried all of the troubleshooting.
