I am using cam plus and it just wont work!! I am so super frustrated with this. I have deleted the camera from my account, created a new account re added camera and the subscription to cam plus and it still wont work. Keep getting "Error (code 060). Failed to uoload the video to the cloud. Contacted support twice and NO HELP.
Try moving your camera closer to your WiFi access point as a test. If videos reliably upload, then you will have to figure out how to get a stronger WiFi signal to the original location.
