Connection Timed Out problem with all Wyze Cameras

No worries bro. I definitely understand your frustration.

We have some good people here on the forum and i’m sure we’ll figure something out. I absolutely agree with you that if you call for support that the problem should be rectified immediately, however, 1st level support might not have access to override certain things when it pertains to security measures and usually need to escalate the issue.

Believe me when i tell you i can understand the frustration, i have been in IT for 25+ years and have come across many things that do not make any sense!

Try recreating your account with the same email you used on the deleted account. If no go, call and escalate the issue. Im sure it can be undone on their end.
