Where can I find instructions on how to remove the keypad from the wall without breaking it? All I can find is " remove keypad cover ". Is there someplace I’m supposed to squeeze with my fingers, or use a screwdriver?
With the keypad mounted to the wall, push up from the bottom and the keypad should come off the mount.
Once unmounted there is a tab at the top on the back of the keypad, push the tab down and pull the cover towards you to expose the batteries. It may take a little more force to get the plate off if it has been installed for awhile.
