Cam V4 : Support add-on spotlight .. OR .. add "always ON" mode in built-in spotlight

I have the add-on spotlight on many of my V3s around the home and they are in “always ON” mode during dark hours. (set by Rule). I initially thought the V4 in-built spotlight will serve that purpose, but looks like it cannot.

This post is to request, either to support the add-on spotlight on the V4 or expand the feature set of the built-in spotlight to “always ON” mode.
