Bluetooth Deadbolt

Mine just died and I discovered three exploded Surface Mounted Resistors.

This item was protected by a storm door and not exposed to the elements.

Don’t know what the warranty is so I ordered a new one.

Anyone else have a similar experience?

Have you contacted Support about this issue? I would recommend contacting them and letting them know what happened, and then send them any information they request, be it photos, etc. They may even want the device back for investigation. When you contact them, can you reply here with you Support ticket number so that i can forward that on as well? Thanks in advance!
