Can anyone recommend an affordable battery backup solution for my Waze Cam V2s?

I think any ordinary 10,000 to 20,000 MaH USB battery pack, just placed inline between the power adapter and the camera, will give you a few hours of operation. There are threads about it.

So I am putting up several Wyze cams outdoors to watch my external entrances to my home. There are good solutions on Amazon for the cam, sd card, enclosure, and power cable. The one pain point for me was that there’s no way to prevent someone from simply unplugging the camera, short of running a new circuit into my soffits and installing electrical outlets out of reach of the bad guys. Unfortunately, most USB battery banks wont. Most of them these days will either charge the battery or supply load. They won’t do both. In other words, as soon as you plug a power source into the battery bank, it shuts off the output. I have a several year old Anker bank that bought specifically because it had that capability. Anker has removed that capability from their current products.

Removed? Huh, wonder if there’s a safety reason. I have a few generic ones and they seem to pass through power without issue.
