I’ve invested more time and money in this company than I reasonably should have. I don’t care that they don’t disclose their earnings. I care about the way I feel at the end of a brief phone call after being on hold for 15+ minutes. And sufficed to say, it’s not as good as I want feel. By the time a call ends, I feel less confident about my purchase and the ability of the “#wyzewizard” willingness or ability (which one it is, I am not certain) to work their magic on my behalf. Whatever it is, my interactions, both lengthy and brief don’t inspire confidence in their #wyzedom or ability.
