Is there an app for my HP laptop using Microsoft store?
I could be wrong but I’m not aware of an Official Wyze app for the Hp laptop or through the Microsoft Store. There is a webpage site for streaming your video feeds though.

You can use Android Subsystem in Windows and install Wyze app.

Short answer: NO.
Options are limited. The Android Subsystem stated above being one - although you need to be in the US for now and have a recent Windows setup.
Most vendors abandoned Windows years ago in profit of mobile platforms.
There are no plans to develop a native Windows Wyze application at this time. Please add your request as a reply to and/or vote for the wishlist topic that covers this feature:
