Is your phone/device on the 2.4GHz network, the V4 is not compatible with the 5.0 GHz network. I set up my V4 in about 5 min without issue. ---

Wow, 5 mins. only about 2 for me with bluetooth connections and a dedicated network that Wyze app remembers and adding the cam plus connection. ---

My other Wyzecam are working without any problems, I am on 2.4G ---
