Wyze Watch is cool and all, but can it play MP3 and sync up with my Samsung Buds?
If it can’t play MP3s and sync up to my Samsung Galaxy buds or iphone airpods, the Wyze Watch most definitely should!
Better yet, when are you coming out with the Wyze Buds that put the-above-mentioned buds to shame?

The short answer is no.
The long answer is not directly, no, but indirectly, yes-ish.
It will be able to control the music on your phone (at least eventually), and your earbuds connected to your phone can listen to mp3s on your phone. So if you have your phone with you, you can [eventually] control the music you are hearing through your earbuds through the middleman connection of your cellphone.
In the AMA they were asked about earbuds, and it’s a possibility, but it is definitely not going to be anytime soon.

Seems like it has promise. Having just a bit more functionality would be next level. The 1st Gen will be a nice entry, and hopefully more functionality could come soon.
Can’t complain about the price. Will be interesting to see how this evolves.
