Wyze Watch 47 Setup - Chinese Test Screen?

I received my Watch 47 and came with 0% battery. I charged it up and finally got a QR code to scan.
The product code underneath the QR code was “D11107” and “2CAA8ED310FC” with Chinese characters which I believe represents the battery percentage and voltage. You can’t scan the QR code with the app but can manually pair the watch to the phone.

After successfully pairing the watch manually and getting the functionality of the watch, the watch eventually reverts to the original QR code with Chinese characters screen. I do sometimes get a menu screen with Chinese characters with buttons you can push. I imagine this might be a test environment.

Is anyone else having this issue? I waited a while for this watch and disappointed that mine is all jacked up.

Yes, that certainly sounds broke. Like it is reverting to its very earliest programming. You should probably contact Wyze Support at +1 (206) 339-9646 Monday - Friday 5 am - 6 pm PT, & Saturday 8 am - 4 pm PT (add 3 hours for ET times) to have them replace it (unless they have a fix!)
