Wyze Watch 47 Push Button Stopped working

I have a Wyze watch 47 that I use all the time. About a week ago the push button was eradic, and 3 days ago it stopped working at all. I don’t know if it is something that can be cleaned, or if it just needs to be replaced. I have tried looking for help, but have not found anything yet.

Go send a warranty replacement at Wyze

THX - I might end up doing that.

Have you tryed a re boot from the app

I have to push the button on my Wyze watch very hard to get it to work. Looks like I’m not the only one with this problem. I’m sure it’s out of warranty as I ordered it quite a while ago when it first became available. Any solutions out there for perhaps “cleaning” it?

Stucky buttons is a common problem on all smart watches. Gunk builds up around the edges. If you google or go to youtube you might find a somewhat common approach to the problem. A q-tip and some alcohol.

Thanks. The swab and alcohol did the trick!
