So you can charge it inside the BOX?
Check your cable. Is it inserted correctly.
Use different power brick and cable.
Plug into different power outlet.
inside the box? no…when I opened the box for the first time it never charged. I tried 5 different usb sources and none work.
Probably connector dislodged inside watch from shipping.
Get a replacement.
