Wyze Watch 44 _ Unable to Charge Outside the Box

Sooooo disappointed.

Watch unable to be charged regardless of what I do.

How do I return and either get refunded or replacement?

So you can charge it inside the BOX?

Check your cable. Is it inserted correctly.
Use different power brick and cable.
Plug into different power outlet.

inside the box? no…when I opened the box for the first time it never charged. I tried 5 different usb sources and none work.

Probably connector dislodged inside watch from shipping.
Get a replacement.
