Wyze Video Doorbell Pro Chime no longer working

The Chime stopped working on Oct 11, it made strange sounds for 2 days then gave out. I no longer can view the camera (not connecting to wifi. How do I get a replacement Chime?

Are you asking about the Chime Pro that Video Doorbell Pro uses as its Wi-Fi gateway? You tagged your post with wifi-chime, but I believe that’s intended for the Wi-Fi Chime (now apparently called Universal Wi-Fi Chime) that originally shipped with Duo Cam Doorbell and is supposed to be compatible with all Wyze Cams and video doorbells.

Since you indicated that your video doorbell doesn’t seem to be connecting to Wi-Fi, I’m guessing that you mean your Chime Pro gave up the ghost, and you can’t replace that, as it’s paired to your individual Video Doorbell Pro at the factory. If it was just the chiming sound feature that quit working on your Chime Pro, then you could use a Wi-Fi Chime for ding-dong (or other) sounds, but what you’re describing seems to indicate that you have a failed Chime Pro device.

What did Support say when you contacted them?
