Wyze Thermostat need Restart in the App to keep monitoring

My thermostat can monitor furnace to on and off according to schedule and temperature setting. After running for a while, it seems losing monitoring even the room temperature fall apart to the setting. I need to “Restart” the thermostat inside the app so that it is awaken again to monitor again, what happen and how to fix?

Unfortunately, you may need to do a few things to resolve this. Most users here have no idea of Canadian heating systems and what they entail, so you may want to clarify what you know. Are they 24V AC? Do you have a Heat Pump? Can you take a photo of your wiring at both the thermostat and the furnace control board, and post the pictures here? I will ask the mods to up your privileges to do so.
