This is a user to user community forum with close to 113,000 Wyze users. A few Wyze Team employees sometimes participate, but none from the Customer Service side. Mostly Social Network Community Managers and some Developers.

I can very confidently say that there are probably others here who have already experienced whatever it is that went wrong with your WCOs and can help you get them back in line.

There isn’t any solution for your Customer Service experience. That is something for the Wyze Complaint Department (if there is one). Users here in the forum are all about finding solutions to the problems and sharing them with each other.

Have you searched the forum for the specific description of the WCO problem?

Have you posted a new post with a specific description of the WCO problem?
