C’mon… it took the full 10 business days to receive my order, and now when I get the box, it has an AC/AC Adapter with a broken housing.
What a downer. 
If it doesn’t snap back on, I’d say go right to support to get it resolved.
Yeah, going that route now. All three plastic bosses in the back housing are broken off.
