Didn’t it already have this? I just used it 1-2 weeks ago.

NM I didn’t check the accessory bulb, I used the camera bulb

Looks like 2.0.0.2083 is causing the hang its trying to fix…?

I’ve been running with Power Saver disabled from the beginning with 0 issues, but with 2.0.0.2083, with full sun, in 3 days the camera battery died, and after recharging, refuses to reboot.

Don’t see a download for the previous non-beta firmware to attempt to reflash back, or will that work in this case since the press/hold of Setup doesn’t cause the status light to flash red.

WYZE you blew it! My solar cam was working great until this update. Within half an hour battery went from 50% to 1%.

Ah, I wonder if that’s what happened to mine. I just noticed my battery was constantly doing every day recently, when in the summer it was always above 90%. I assumed it was just that the sun positioning changed due to winter time, but it could be the firmware. I just returned my camera off so it could charge up the battery without my cats triggering to drain it. But it might be the firmware causing it.

In addition, I looked at the SD and even though the camera was attached to the solar panel for power it was recording continuously. This may explain the excessive battery usage.

I brought my solar camera inside to fully charge it. After a full day of plugged in charging it has charged up to only 70%. For a brief moment it did report a 100% charge when changing to the power management screen in the app but immediately went back to display 70% . App v3.10.0(745)
