# Wyze Solar Cam Pan 2K-cloud recordings not showing on PC

Hi Just added this camera and whilst it does playback cloud recording via the app on my phone, it does not do this if I use the laptop/PC. Thumbnails show for the clips, but if you hover the pointer over them just just go grey and if you click on them the controls show but screen is black. All other cameras recordings are ok-Any ideas please-Thanks in advance for any help.

My two Solar Cam Pan’s play the video when I hover, and play the video when I open them by a double click on them.  
Windows 11 Pro 26H2

Chrome 155.0.8059.85, and 156.0.8078.48 after I updated it.

Perhaps clear your Cache in Chrome? Try Edge to see if same issue for you?

I normally use Firefox, and was not happy to see these two camera’s throw up a message saying: “Web Connection Failed, This camera requires chrome to stream video…”

But, working for me in Chrome.

Since your other cameras play fine and only this new one goes black, my guess is it’s the video format. As far as I know some of the newer 2K cams record in H.265, and Chrome can only play that with hardware decoding. I’d check that “Use graphics acceleration when available” is turned on in Chrome’s Settings under System, then restart Chrome and try a clip again. Updating your graphics driver might help too if it’s still black.
